Dynamic and static balancing

We have three dedicated machines for balancing parts of different weights and sizes, ranging from small parts of 1 kg up to large components with a maximum swing diameter of 2,000 mm, a length of 6,000 mm, and a maximum weight of 4,000 kg.

We can perform balancing using belt drive or cardan (shaft) drive.

Each part is delivered with its corresponding balancing certificate, in accordance with ISO 21940/11 or API 612 standards.

We work with all types of rotating parts:

• Balancing of crankshafts, clutch flywheels, and transmissions
• Balancing of all types of cylinders
• Balancing of turbines
• Balancing of pump impellers
• Balancing of brush cutter rotors
• Balancing of electric motor armatures
